Part Time Daytime Residential Cleaner

We’re looking for dedicated Cleaner to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned residential and commercial areas.
• Move furniture or equipment as needed for cleaning tasks, including heavy lifting.
• Use cleaning tools and equipment safely, including power tools when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by performing custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfection.
• Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any specific cleaning needs or concerns.
• Manage time efficiently to complete all tasks within designated time frames, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Drive the company car to job sites as required, must have a valid clean drivers license (Class 5)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning or custodial services is required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and other physically demanding tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday.
• Basic knowledge of using power tools and hand tools safely is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Strong communication skills to ensure clarity in task execution and client requests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Must complete company-provided safety courses before starting as well as cleaning certifications.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving.
