So, let us cut to the chase: As APAC Partner Marketing Manager, you will lead the to, through and with partner marketing strategy across APAC. This integral role, as part of the Global Partner Marketing Team, will develop and direct scalable co-marketing programs together with regional demand generation managers to accelerate partner-influenced pipeline and opportunities.
- Own and execute APAC Partner Marketing Plan (consists of 4 Geos). Apply strong knowledge of APAC markets and understanding of the diversity of the regional needs.
- Develop regional support model, quarterly MDF investments, pipeline, revenue targets, and ROI from partner marketing investment in collaboration with cross functional leadership team.
- Optimize systems and tools for reporting, scalability and partner self-service, including MDF process, PRM, CRM, Asana, and marketing automation tools.
- Maintaining cross-functional relationships with key OutSystems regional and global stakeholders, including APAC partners sales team, regional sales, global campaigns, product marketing, as well as APAC demand generation managers to ideate and deliver on partner marketing strategies
- Build strong relationships and collaborate directly with key partners to drive scalable, partner-led programs, funded via MDF, that maximizes ROI and aligns to OutSystems go-to-market strategy, brand and messaging.
- Develop a menu of turnkey agency-supported offerings to support key regional partners with planning and execution of external-facing marketing campaigns including events, thought leadership, content programs, email marketing, webinars, appointment setting, etc.
- Develop and/or repurpose global materials to ensure region-relevant campaign kits, joint messaging, use cases, partner stories, etc. for both internal and external audiences.
- Create and adapt market-to and through partner strategies that are relevant for the APAC region, aligned to the Global Partner Marketing framework.
- Comprehensive knowledge of and demonstrated success in related partner marketing roles and broad-based demand generation in B2B technology
- Experience operating in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment with strong channel-focused go-to-market
- Experience working with different partnership types and models including GSIs, regional SIs, tech partnerships and ISVs.
- Passionate about partner marketing and its ability to impact revenue growth.
- Ability to prioritize and execute with quality and timeliness.
- Experience managing cross-channel, integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy, planning, activation, measurement/analysis, optimisation.
- Highly results focused with demonstrated analytical skills and prior experience reporting on marketing KPIs to senior leadership / stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly, synthesize and act based on learnings.
- Ability to work with and influence senior leadership.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication / presentation skills.
- Self starter with a growth mindset and ability to act with urgency.
- Experience in the technology sector required (SaaS industry experience preferred)
- The candidate must be a hands-on individual who have had at least 5-8 years of experience in channel/partner marketing and enablement
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo and Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with partner marketing tools such as TCMA platforms is preferred
- Experience working with in-house or external SDR organizations preferred
