Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate payroll and administrative procedures in collaboration with healthcare facilities, internal RCM recruiters, and external candidates.
- Retrieve and verify weekly provider timecards.
- Investigate and resolve payroll and timesheet discrepancies.
- Perform data entry tasks related to payroll processing.
- Request and follow up with schools for missing hours letters and academic calendars for billing purposes.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with experience in payroll administration or a related field.
- At leas 2 years of CSR/Data Entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet tools.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
