Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate payroll and administrative procedures in collaboration with healthcare facilities, internal RCM recruiters, and external candidates.
  • Retrieve and verify weekly provider timecards.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll and timesheet discrepancies.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to payroll processing.
  • Request and follow up with schools for missing hours letters and academic calendars for billing purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • At leas 2 years of CSR/Data Entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet tools.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
