MGI Ryan are a well-established mid-tier firm seeking a Payroll Administrator for our Compliance Department. The role provides an excellent opportunity for personal progression as part of a growing and dynamic professional services team.

Job Description

  • Payroll administration for a portfolio of clients
  • Run weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls
  • Dealing with all aspects of the payroll process - Starters & Leavers, BIK, Pensions, Bonus, Share Schemes, Holidays and other statutory and voluntary additions/deductions
  • Preparation and filing of Payroll Submissions on Revenues Online System (ROS
  • Dealing with clients - primarily over phone and emails
  • Advising clients on PRSI and basic tax issues relating to payroll
  • Other Ad Hoc Payroll Team Duties as they arise

Required experience includes:

  • Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) with payroll experience
  • Strong analytical and MS Office skills (i.e. Excel, Word)
  • 1 - 2 year minimum previous experience in processing payroll
  • Conscientious with a good attention to detail
  • Good time management with ability to multitask
  • Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills - written and oral

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €34,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37 per week
