Payroll Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our employees in compliance with local labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate payroll, handle government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), and support HR and Finance with payroll-related reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
• At least 2 years of payroll experience
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits
• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel
• High attention to detail and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Prepare and submit government reports and remittances
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on audits and reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
