Position Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Makati, Rockwell
Employment Type: Full-Time/Always on call / flexible hours
About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing personal affairs. This role is ideal for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks and ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
Position Summary: The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing and coordinating all personal matters, including scheduling, errands, household management, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Scheduling: Manage and maintain the personal calendar, including appointments, social engagements, and family events.
- Errands and Shopping: Handle daily errands, such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal shopping needs.
- Household Management: Coordinate household tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and managing service providers. Ensure the smooth operation of the household.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for personal trips and vacations.
- Communication Management: Handle personal communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Prepare and edit personal documents as needed.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing personal events, such as parties, family gatherings, and special occasions.
- Financial Assistance: Help manage personal finances, including bill payments, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Health and Wellness: Schedule medical appointments, manage prescriptions, and assist with health and wellness routines.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
