Job Summary
Personal Assistant Needed (Part-Time / Flexible)
Looking for a reliable, organized, and self-motivated personal assistant to help support a busy small business owner with a toddler (but I have a nanny, not doing babysitting) with both personal and business-related tasks.
Ideal candidate is a strong self-starter who can stay organized, manage schedules efficiently, and handle day-to-day responsibilities without needing constant direction. Previous assistant or administrative experience is preferred.
Responsibilities may include:
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Running errands: returns, pickup items
- Grocery shopping and supply pickups, researching decor elements for charcuterie business
- Organizing appointments and reminders
- Administrative support: responding to customer emails sometimes
- Assisting with business-related tasks: Things can change on the fly. I own a charcutier business
Position is primarily remote, but some in-person assistance will be needed depending on the week. you'll always know in advanced.
Looking for someone who is:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Dependable and proactive
- Good at communication and time management
- Comfortable multitasking
- Has reliable transportation
Flexible hours. Bay Area preferred.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
