Your Role as a Pharmacy Assistant

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Deliver warm, professional service to every patient.
• Accurately verify, interpret, and input prescription information.
• Prepare, package, and dispense medications with precision.
• Utilize Kroll Pharmacy Software for data entry and third-party adjudication.
• Manage prescription orders, handle pickups, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain and clean the Robot Count Assist automated dispensing system.
• Support inventory and product ordering processes.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy owner or on-duty pharmacist.

What You Bring to the Team

• Minimum 2 years of Canadian community pharmacy experience (required)
• Experience with Kroll/Telus Pharmacy Software (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• A team player with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Fluent in English; French is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00-$48,750.00 per year
