Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, experience working with children, and a commitment to fostering developmental growth. This role involves implementing age-appropriate curriculum, managing classroom activities, and supporting children's social, emotional, and cognitive development in a safe and supportive setting.

Duties

• Implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning through play.
• Manage daily classroom activities.
• Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions and social skills among students.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss developmental milestones, concerns, and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans in compliance with licensing standards.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all children by adhering to childcare regulations and best practices in child welfare.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies.
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain an organized and positive learning environment.
• Ability to design engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and administrators.
• Experience working with children in preschool settings is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.50 per hour
