ABOUT THE JOB
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of a commercial product, including CAPAs, Change Controls, Investigations, and Process Validation activities.
Contribute to the successful execution of an ongoing strategic project, engaging in both upstream and downstream process development or optimization.
Act as a key technical partner to the Product Owner team during a transitional period, ensuring stability and continuity.
Drive follow-up on technical actions with precision and accountability, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless process performance and compliance.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, producing clear, concise, and compliant technical documentation.
Work independently while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and alignment across teams.
Ensure continuous improvement and compliance with internal and external standards.
ABOUT YOU
Experience in process engineering, investigations, or product lifecycle support (pharma, biotech, or advanced manufacturing).
Experience with GxP environments, regulatory compliance, and quality systems (FDA, EMA, MHRA).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
You demonstrate strong resilience and adaptability in changing environments.
You show strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
You have an ability to produce clear, compliant technical documentation.
You are a self-starter who can quickly grasp complex processes.
You demonstrate strong communication skills.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
