Process Technician

Managing and Supervising a team to ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of Process Equipment, including scheduling work, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. They also handle technical troubleshooting, coordinate with other departments, and maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs and others.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Team and operational management:

Perform daily activities on Process Equipment.

Perform tasks, and work schedule assignment

Monitor the performance of all Process and related equipment.

Ensure operational KPIs and customer service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Maintenance and repair:

Conduct Planned, Preventative and Corrective maintenance schedules.

Perform complex repairs, diagnostics, and installations.

Troubleshoot issues with Process Equipment, Facilities/Utilities systems such as Boiler, Generators, PV, Air compressors, Water treatment, Waste water Treatment ,Central Cleaning and others

Conduct regular inspections and rounds to check the health of the systems.

Technical and administrative duties:

Maintain accurate records of all work performed, maintenance history, and equipment status.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations.

Develop and communicate procedures and best practices to the team.

Communicate equipment issues and repair plans to Process Supervisors and other managers.

Recommend the replacement of defective parts or entire systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required skills and qualifications:

Strong knowledge on refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, Hydraulics and pneumatics operation and maintenance principles.

Experience with specific processing equipment operation and maintenance

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical layouts, mechanical. hydraulic and Pneumatic diagrams.

Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting heavy objects.

Vocational, high school diploma or equivalent is often required, with vocational training or National certifications(ElM, Mechatronics, RME, RPM) being highly beneficial.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
