Procurement Coordinator

Job Description:

1. Responsible for daily procurement work (supplier and raw material development, signing of procurement contracts, tracking goods delivery, invoices, supplier management, etc.)

2. Search for best-selling functional foods on the market, integrate relevant information, and communicate with relevant domestic personnel in a timely manner;

3. Responsible for communicating between departments and clients;

4. Responsible for the registration and maintenance of supplier files;

5. Responsible for making, confirming, arranging shipments and tracking arrival dates of purchase orders;

Job Requirement:

1. Candidates majoring in biology or food are preferred; those with procurement experience in the food industry are preferred;

2. Outgoing personality, meticulous and strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;

3. Candidates who are active, creative and independent with problem solving skills are preferred;

4. Proficient in using office software;

5. Candidates who can speak Chinese relatively fluent are preferred;
