Production Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking an Injection Mold Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Follow production schedules to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with basic assembly tasks as needed

Experience
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Previous experience in plastics injection molding is beneficial
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools such as calipers is beneficial
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.73 - $16.73 per hour
