Assembler / Production Worker

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment
• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
• Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure finished goods meet specifications
• Conduct routine inspections of assembled parts for defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Assist with inventory management by loading, unloading, and stocking materials as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes

Requirements

• Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line operations are essential
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical instructions precisely
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and procedures
• Warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
