The Project Coordinator (Electrical) role ensures the successful execution of complex M&E engineering packages, aligning with client expectations, regulatory standards, and key project milestones. You will lead construction contract administration while driving safety, design coordination, and stakeholder collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

The Opportunity

  • Support the Superintending Officer (SO) and Superintending Officer’s Representative (SOR) in contract administration for large-scale infrastructure and airfield projects
  • Coordinate design activities with consultants and contractors, contributing to construction execution and project handover
  • Review technical proposals and specifications to ensure compliance with statutory and authority requirements across all project phases
  • Manage project activities including scheduling, budgeting, progress tracking, claims, and site supervision
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and authorities while preparing reports, correspondence, and ensuring ISO compliance standards are upheld

Is this role right for you?

  • A recognised engineering degree (approved by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore or equivalent) with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including electrical works
  • Proven experience in contract administration (e.g. PSSCOC), project coordination, and infrastructure or building development projects
  • Strong knowledge of statutory codes, quality control procedures, site supervision, and project execution planning
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability, integrity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
