The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. About The Team
The Regional Marketing team drives strategic initiatives that shape Shopee’s presence across Southeast Asia and Taiwan. We develop cross-functional marketing strategies and execute high-impact projects that strengthen Shopee’s position as the leading e-commerce platform in the region.

Job Description
  • Own and drive high-impact projects across multiple markets and workstreams
  • Set clear objectives and milestones, monitor execution, and deliver results on time
  • Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to define scopes and set clear deliverables
  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to surface actionable insights, and continuously optimise processes and workflows to improve day‑to‑day execution efficiency
  • Apply structured analytical thinking and a proactive, hands-on approach to deliver clear, measurable results
  • Track project progress and milestones, proactively flagging risks and resolving issues to keep projects on track
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience on project management
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project ownership mindset with the ability to manage complexity across teams and regions
  • Data-driven, structured thinker who can translate analysis into strategy
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
