Quick Lube Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and routine maintenance on vehicles, ensuring that they operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This position requires the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. A valid drivers license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles.
• Conduct routine maintenance services, including filter replacements and tire rotations.
• Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and addressing any customer inquiries.
• Assist in sales by promoting additional services based on customer needs.
• Align vehicles as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a service technician or in automotive service is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive diagnostics.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive service are a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $715.00 - $825.00 per week
