Quick Lube Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and oil changes on a variety of vehicles. Your expertise in automotive service and repair will ensure that our customers receive top-notch service while maintaining their vehicles in optimal condition. A strong focus on customer service and mechanical knowledge is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and lube services on vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and other essential vehicle components.
• Utilize power tools and automotive equipment safely to complete tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Assist with tire services, including rotations and alignments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with dealership standards.
• Document all services performed and maintain accurate records for customer vehicles.
• Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure timely completion of all jobs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service or repair is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with various automotive systems.
• Familiarity with power tools and automotive equipment is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are essential.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to automotive maintenance.
