About the Role
The Radiology Department at Rotorua Hospital is looking for a motivated and caring person to support with administrative and technical roles within the Ultrasound Department and be part of a team.
The main purpose for this role is to find someone with the right values and attitude. We are seeking an individual who has a positive outlook and aspires to promote quality and excellence in their work. The position is full time and previous experience of working in the health care sector and administration would be beneficial.
About the Team/Service/ Location
Our small, friendly team in Radiology consists of a range of professionals from administrative roles, medical imaging technologists and Radiologists. We all work together to provide a high level of care and strive to deliver the best outcomes to our patients. The service provides a range of imaging, and you would be primarily based in Ultrasound.

About you
You will need to be organized and able to manage your time effectively and possess good communication skills. You will need to be aware of the privacy and confidentiality rules and be able to chaperone sonographers and Radiologists during intimate examinations. We are looking for an individual that can foster positive professional relationships with patients and colleagues. The role includes hands on components with patient care / assistance and room and equipment preparation. Above all we want someone that shares our patient FIRST values:
