Recruitment Associate - Makati

Responsibilities:

• Screen resumes and job applications for healthcare personnel
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• At least 1 years’ experience in recruitment volume process specifically in medical staff (nurse)
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• With strong communication and leadership skills
• Willing to work in Makati City
