Salary Range: PHP 35,000 – 40,000 per month

Job Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Regional Operations Manager who knows how to run stores, manage people, and hit numbers especially in provincial branch operations. If you’ve already handled multiple locations and understand fast-paced, fast-casual restaurant operations, this role is for you.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on the ground, coaching teams, fixing gaps, and making sure standards are followed the old-school way: consistent execution, strong leadership, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple provincial branches
• Ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, food safety, and service quality
• Monitor sales performance, cost control, labor efficiency, and store profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers , Assistant Managers and Team Leaders
• Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews
• Address operational issues and implement corrective action plans
• Ensure smooth execution of promotions, new store openings, and operational rollouts
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports to Management

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in the same position (Regional / Area / Operations Manager)
• Proven experience handling provincial branches
• Background in Fast Casual or Quick Service Restaurants is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
• Results-driven with solid operational discipline
• Willing to travel and work on-site across assigned areas

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or any related course
• Preferably with formal training or experience in restaurant or food service operations
