Regional Sales Manager

Responsible to maintain and expand customer base in the assigned area,must keep in contact with all points of influence to optimize sales and manages staff in his region.

1. Ensure that all Key Account Managers (KAM) visit the desired outlets in proper manner to reach the desired productive and effective calls.

2. Coordinates and does courtesy visit to all Provincial Veterinary Office and local Department of Agriculture in his covered region; this is to know the current industry update and government plans and projects.

3. Manage the Distributor and Direct Farm Accounts.

4. Open new Large Farm / direct farm account (targets 5 per year).

5. Evaluate client endorsed by KAM and Lead the opening of potential Megadealer or Distributor.

6. Responsible in planning and monitoring forecast accuracy of team; on top of load out management.

7. Make effective sales program for each account.

8. Conducts Business Review with Distributor and Distributor Technical Specialist (DTS) meeting, every 1st week of the month.

9. Conducts performance assessment of all Distributors in his covered area every quarter to ensure that sales programs are well implemented.

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Regional Sales Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
