Restaurant Manager

Bizu Patisserie (Philippine Pastries, Inc.), one of the most innovative pastry shops delivering high quality food products and services to our sophisticated customers.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the daily restaurant operations for Front and Back of the House, delivering superior service, maximizing customer satisfaction, people management and development; and stores' adherence to operating systems and standards, and compliance with all government requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
• Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the overall operations in all food outlets, ensuring that performance targets are attained and the operational policies, control systems and standards are complied with.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/ College Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience specializing in Food/Beverages/Restaurant Service or equivalent is required for this position.
• Highly personable, flexible, and can multi-task to perform various roles in daily restaurant activities.
• Computer literate and with above average communication skills both oral and written.
• Exposure in a fine dining set up is a plus.
