Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations of our Korean BBQ restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and analytical skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Korean language proficiency, verified through TOPIK certification, is preferred and will be rewarded with additional compensation. This role offers an opportunity for growth and development within a expanding restaurant group, with a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
  • Implement standard operating procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Train and develop staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and brand positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in Korean BBQ or Korean cuisine establishments (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Korean language proficiency (TOPIK Level 3 or higher preferred) with certification is a plus, but not required—certification will be an advantage and may come with additional pay.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
  • Basic understanding of financial statements, inventory management, and staff development.

- Korean language skills and TOPIK certification will be considered in the onboarding process and compensation package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
