Restaurant Manager

• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen, and service areas
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Manage and train staff, including performance monitoring, and coaching
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock control to minimize wastage
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and expenses for management review
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement
• Lead by example in promoting company values, teamwork, and professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not always required)
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
