We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager who can lead our team effectively while also addressing the needs of both our customers and our students. This role is crucial in ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly and meets the diverse needs of everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
