Overview:

Join our team as a Sales Floor Associate where you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our wholesale showroom.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences

- Recommend products based on customer requirements

- Upsell additional items to increase sales revenue

- Demonstrate product features through live demos

- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers for transactions

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves

- Ship online orders and follow up with customers

- Make shelf tags, price tags on all merchandise, and promotion flyers

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail sales

- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers

- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions

- Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers

- Willingness to learn about products and effectively sell them

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
