Retail Sales Executive

Job Description

• Position: Retail Sales Executive
• Well Established Optical Retail Store
• Working Hours: 5 days/week (11am – 9pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus
• Working Location: Across Singapore
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Retail

Main Responsibilities:

• Recommend suitable eyewear to customers with relevant product knowledge.
• Provide good customer service and handle customers’ queries.
• Manage outlet inventory including receiving and stocking of eyewear, barcode tagging, and annual stock take.
• Manage sales transactions by processing payment in cash or credit and issue receipts.
• Maintain the outlet cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Branch Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic and friendly with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Previous retail optical sales experience and familiarity with cash register and POS system will be advantageous.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
