Job description

1. JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Administrative Assistant will support the sales department with administrative matters. They are responsible for performing clerical duties like completing expense reports or sales proposals, and carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and office communications.

2. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, and AUTHORITIES

a. Administrative

i. Assume all clerical duties related to Sales

ii. Prepare all delivery report and and sales invoice of goods for release

iii. Correspond with clients thru phone and e-mails

b. Sales

i. Ensure that product catalog and price list are always updated

ii. Arrange appointments of sales reps with clients

iii. Schedule timely delivery of items to clients

iv. Handle sales orders efficiently

v. Assist in collection of payments

c. Reporting

Make scheduled and occasional sales reports

Ensure released samples are liquidated after

Maintain records of clients

d. Other Responsibilities

i. Join sales events

ii. May perform other duties as needed

3. BASIC RELATIONSHIP

a. Reports sales to managing directors

b. Provide office support to field representatives

c. Coordinates orders to the production team

4. JOB SPECIFICATION

a. Graduate of any four-year course

b. Preferably with sales experience

c. Has good writing and communication skills

d. Can navigate MS Office and Google Suites well

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php19,000.00 - Php 22,000.00 per month
