Responsibilities
- Develops and monitors the performance of all sales and marketing activities of the company
- Leads sales and marketing personnel toward the achievement of the company’s business goals.
- Provides inputs in defining objectives and developing sales strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and achieve revenue goals.
- Provides business plan and sales and marketing strategies to ensure the attainment of the company’s sales goals and profitability.
- Cascades team and individual targets and determines the strategies by which said targets are to be achieved.
- Establishes and maintains good business relationships with all clients.
- Maintains regular contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conducts regular coaching sessions for the team
- Finalizes the results assessments of the team’s productivity.
- Implements the company’s performance appraisal to monitor performance, identify training and development needs and provide insight for the improvement of the team’s performance.
- Approves the formulation of all sales and marketing practices, policies, and procedures.
- Participates in defining prospective company products to meet clients’ needs and concerns.
- Collaborates with the other departments to develop sales and marketing strategies that will improve market share in all products and services.
- Improves profitability by researching, identifying, and defining the market, including competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and other factors that will help in forecasting projected business.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key accounts by addressing specific needs and anticipating new business opportunities.
- Coaches, disciplines and motivates all direct reports to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business course
- At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity, preferred but not required (gained from the same industry)
- Experience in handling sales and marketing in technology and medical industries is a plus
- Knowledge of basic computer, i.e. Microsoft office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Timeliness (Completes assigned tasks on time)
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Planning and Organizational skills.
- Result-oriented. Constant drive to achieve personal and clinic goals.
- Team player. Works cooperatively with others.
- Flexibility and interpersonal skills.
- At least 15 MBPS internet connection
- Preferably with own device
Work Set-up: Hybrid (at least thrice a week reporting to the office/client visits
Job Type: Full-time
