Sales And Operations Manager

• Responsible for attaining the monthly target set by the management.
• Plans and execute strategies and activities to increase sales in Real Estate loans.
• Delivers marketing activities within the approved budget.
• Recruit Loan Consultants (LCs)
• Conduct meeting, seminars, and orientation with the LCs.
• Maintain strong partnership with the LCs.
• Handle LCs concerns and issues.
• Monitor daily production and loan bookings.
• Oversees the overall operations of REF Division.
• Guides and coaches, the subordinates.
• Evaluate work performances of the subordinates.
• Ensure all accounts booking for the division are all mortgage to GDFI and safekept to vault.
• Prepares policies and process related to REF Division.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be college graduate
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales or in a Financing Company
• Real Estate expert.
• Sales and Marketing proficiency, Operations management
• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
