About the Role
At Worknoon, we’re building the future of workspace discovery and booking. Our platform helps individuals and teams find, compare, and book flexible workspaces, from coworking spaces to private offices.
We’re looking for a Sales Associate who can drive growth by connecting businesses and individuals with the right workspace solutions. This role is about more than selling, it’s about understanding customer needs and helping them make the right decision.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role. You won’t just push products, you’ll help shape how Worknoon grows.
You’ll engage with leads, build relationships with workspace providers, and close deals that directly impact platform growth. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and engage potential customers and workspace partners.
Reach out via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest.
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales & Conversion
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable workspace solutions.
Conduct demos, walkthroughs, and presentations of the Worknoon platform.
Close deals and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
Partnership Development
Build relationships with coworking spaces, offices, and workspace providers.
Onboard new partners to the Worknoon platform.
Maintain ongoing communication to ensure partner satisfaction.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Track leads, conversations, and deals using CRM tools.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales updates.
Analyze pipeline performance and improve conversion rates.
Collaboration & Feedback
Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offers.
Share insights from customer interactions to improve the product.
Contribute to building scalable sales processes.
Who You Are
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients and closing deals.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and pipelines.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Interested in startups, technology, and the future of work.
Bonus:
Experience selling SaaS, marketplaces, or digital platforms.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Experience working with coworking spaces or real estate-related services.
