PRIMARY JOB ROLE

As a Sales Associate, you will represent the brand thoroughly and provide a luxurious lifestyle experience to clients. You will attend to each client with care and professionalism, and get to know their needs, as you help them discover the brand’s rich heritage and craftsmanship through a skillful storytelling approach. The Sales Associate collaborates with the entire team to accomplish individual and team sales targets.

YOU WILL

(Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following):

• Consistently achieve or exceed both individual and team sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
• Maximize sales opportunities through various techniques, including cross-selling, link-selling, upselling, and effective clienteling.
• Deliver exceptional client service in line with brand standards, accurately assessing clients’ needs during inquiries, purchases, and after‑sales support.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through personalized service, proactive outreach, and professionalism
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand heritage, product categories, and technical specifications, serving as a brand ambassador.
• Support the Visual Merchandising team by ensuring displays and the shop floor are well organized and align with brand guidelines, enhancing the overall client experience.
• Ensure compliance with product security and inventory control protocols, including active participation in cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE

• A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 2-5 years of background in luxury/fashion retail or customer service industry (airlines and hospitality)
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship-building skills and unmatched customer service
• Must have a keen interest in fashion and an understanding of the luxury retail industry, with good grooming
• Must be a team player and able to contribute to the overall objectives and strategies of the boutique
• Mandarin-speaking or able to speak a third language is a plus
• Has a client-focused mindset, can multitask, and goal-driven
