JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Associate supports the boutique sales team in delivering an exceptional, personalized client experience that reflects the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and luxury positioning. This role contributes to sales performance, client engagement, and boutique operations while upholding the Maison’s standards of professionalism, discretion, and elegance. The Sales Associate acts as a brand ambassador, using storytelling and product knowledge to foster long-term client relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

YOU WILL

Sales Performance

  • Drive and achieve individual and boutique sales objectives, being accountable for personal and team sales results
  • Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all the brand's product categories
  • Monitor individual sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs and targets
  • Provide feedback on client preferences and product performance, especially for newly launched products

Client Management & Storytelling

  • Welcome every client and deliver a personalized and exceptional experience
  • Advise clients on the full range of brand products, highlighting craftsmanship, heritage, and technical know-how
  • Use storytelling to communicate the history, materials, and artistry behind each item, creating a meaningful and memorable client experience
  • Engage with clients to build and nurture long-term relationships, leveraging CRM tools and clienteling strategies to foster brand loyalty
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a professional and individual human touch with each client

Brand Standards & Store Maintenance

  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times, upholding the brand's grooming, conduct, and behavior standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized boutique environment through daily housekeeping and upkeep
  • Support stock replenishment and organization to ensure product availability and seamless boutique operations
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring merchandise is displayed and presented according to the brand's visual merchandising standards

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE

Education

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Work Experience

· Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion/high end luxury industry

· Prior experience in luxury retail or premium service environments is an advantage
