Sales Coordinator

Experienced in sales support, coordination, or administrative tasks in construction or industrial sectors
 Presentable, professional, and client-oriented
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Knowledgeable in batching plant operations or ready-mix concrete products is a plus
 Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
 Proactive in solving issues and ensuring timely delivery of client requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate between sales team, clients, and operations to ensure smooth order processing
* Maintain accurate records of client orders, schedules, and communications
* Support the sales team in follow-ups, quotations, and client requests
* Assist in reporting sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Ensure excellent client service and timely response to inquiries
