Wholesale Operations & Inside Sales Coordinator

Ted’s Tire Discounter is hiring a full-time Wholesale Operations & Inside Sales Coordinator to support our B2B division.

This role works directly under our Wholesale / Warehouse Manager and is responsible for maintaining the daily flow of wholesale operations with speed, precision, and accountability.

We operate in a high-efficiency, same-day fulfillment environment serving B2B customers. Our wholesale clients expect knowledgeable answers, fast response times, and accurate order processing. This role is central to delivering that standard.

We are looking for someone who can step in and contribute immediately.

Core Responsibilities - Wholesale Order Management

• Manage a high-volume wholesale phone line
• Take and process tire and wheel orders accurately
• Monitor and process incoming web orders
• Confirm availability and communicate realistic timelines
• Maintain professional B2B relationships with wholesale accounts
• Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness

Shipping & Fulfillment Coordination

• Generate and send pick tickets to warehouse staff
• Coordinate transfers and outbound shipments
• Ensure orders are processed correctly and efficiently
• Maintain strong communication between office and warehouse to prevent errors

Inventory & Receipting

• Receive supplier deliveries into our ERP system (COSTAR) in a timely manner
• Verify quantities against packing slips
• Identify and resolve discrepancies immediately
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in the tire industry, auto parts, or dealership parts department
• Experience working in a B2B environment
• Working knowledge of vehicle manufacturers and models
• Familiarity with tire sizing, wheel specifications, and major tire brands
• Comfortable answering product-related questions from wholesale customers
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to work efficiently across multiple systems
• Ability to prioritize multiple incoming requests without losing accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Resourceful and capable of finding answers independently using available tools and supplier systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 50 per week
