Position Responsibilities

  • Support reporting and dashboards by pulling recurring usage data, performing basic QA, maintaining distributions, and assisting with Power BI/Excel updates.

  • Create stakeholder-ready snapshots on licensing, utilization, and enablement content usage; summarize changes and trends for reviews.

  • Partner with Sales, Enablement, Sales Ops, IT/system admins, and vendors to route requests and align cross-system needs (e.g., CRM, sales engagement, enablement, marketing automation, ERP).

  • Support monthly license reconciliation with exports, allocation vs. utilization tracking, and underuse flags for stakeholder review.

  • Support role-based access standards and permissions across CRM & LMS systems, and SharePoint

  • Provide first-line tool support (access, basic troubleshooting, how-to guidance); track and route escalations to admins, IT, or vendor support.

  • Maintain enablement and training resources (FAQs, job aids, quick starts, process guides) and keep materials current as tools and processes evolve.

  • Deliver and coordinate role-based onboarding by tool and persona (communications, job aids, and orientation sessions) to support ramp and adoption.

  • Identify opportunities to improve and standardize processes and documentation across tools; support continuous improvement and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales technology administration, Sales Ops, Sales Enablement ops, RevOps, or similar roles supporting a sales tech stack (CRM, sales engagement, enablement, sales intelligence, marketing automation, ERP).

  • Strong Excel and PowerBI skills (e.g., pivots, lookups, basic data cleansing) and comfort working with exports and recurring datasets;

  • Experience supporting recurring reporting (pulling data, validating outputs, updating dashboards, distributing reports) for licensing, utilization, adoption, and/or content usage.

  • Ability to clearly summarize results for stakeholders (written and verbal), including leadership-ready rollups.

  • Strong communication and follow-through to coordinate requests, resolve issues across teams, and manage recurring deliverables.

  • Experience coordinating and/or delivering role-based training enablement (onboarding, refreshers, job aids, release communications) to drive tool adoption.

  • Strong time management and coordination skills; able to juggle multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following defined processes while identifying improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Allego, ZoomInfo, Eloqua, SAP), including onboarding, access, and adoption.

  • Understanding of Sales processes and how sellers use enablement resources and content throughout that lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with reporting hygiene and data best practices on data architecture, and content management. (KPI definitions, QA checks, documentation).

  • Experience coordinating with vendors, IT, and system owners on requests, enhancements, and release communications.
