Purpose and Mission
- Responsible for driving sales activities from prospecting to closing deals to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and production, to ensure seamless customer service.
Skills
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools to drive sales performance.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Previous Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a sales or a related role
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
