Sales Manager

The Sales Strategic Manager leads the development and execution of sales strategies that drive business growth in the international manpower sector. The role focuses on building partnerships with foreign principals, expanding market presence across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with global recruitment standards, and driving revenue targets through strategic account management and market intelligence.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement long-term sales strategies to secure new overseas clients and diversify market presence.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with foreign principals, employers, and recruitment partners.
• Lead high-level negotiations on manpower supply agreements, pricing structures, and service terms.
• Represent the company in international business meetings, trade missions, and industry events.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and proactively address issues or service gaps.
• Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Develop proposal strategies and oversee the preparation of commercial bids, tenders, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, Deployment, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to international recruitment laws, ethical standards, and POEA/DMW regulations (if Philippines-based).
• Evaluate business risks associated with new markets or clients and recommend mitigation strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
