CloudConsole is an IT Consulting company supporting local and international clients across multiple industries. We are currently hiring on behalf of an international trading and industrial solutions company with a strong presence in Asia.

Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and proactive Junior Sales Manager to support the General Import (GI) Department in handling sales activities, client relationship management, and business development initiatives. The role will primarily focus on generating leads, managing customer engagements, and supporting the expansion of the company's industrial product portfolio.
The ideal candidate should have a technical background in engineering, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
  • Support and assist the Senior Sales Manager in driving sales activities and business development initiatives
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for steel, tubes, lines, and related industrial products
  • Attend to customer inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Support sales growth initiatives involving imported metal goods, materials, and industrial products primarily sourced from China

Client & Sales Support
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding customer requirements and project needs
  • Prepare sales updates, reports, and related documentation as needed
  • Provide support in achieving departmental sales targets and objectives
Travel & Coordination
  • Travel locally and internationally when required for client meetings, supplier visits, and business engagements
  • Support coordination activities with suppliers and business partners

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably with sales experience and knowledge in steel products and pressure vessels
  • Must be willing to travel locally and internationally, particularly to China
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented, and results-driven
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Must know how to drive and possess a valid Driver's License
