Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales operations, including sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, sales process and system optimization, and sales enablement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
  • Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify best practices.

Pipeline Management:

  • Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion. Monitor and track opportunities through each stage of the sales process to ensure timely progression and closure.

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team, including sales managers and sales executives.
  • Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and support team development.
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
  • Provide input on sales incentives structure.

System and Process Optimization:

  • Implement and ensures that sales automation tools (Odoo) is being updated and utilized by the sales team.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process and systems and implement solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Sales Enablement:

  • Provide sales training, coaching, and support to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop sales collateral, tools, and resources to enable sales teams to effectively engage with prospects and customers.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track sales performance and provide insights to management.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.

Reporting:

  • Provide and prepare regular sales operations report to the management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working as Sales or similar role.
  • 5+ years of experience managerial level.
  • Strong background in analyzing sales data, creating reports, and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong skills in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their integration with sales processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data and insights to senior management.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans and initiatives to improve sales performance and efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, sales cycles, and best practices in sales operations.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (with alternating Saturdays)
  • Office Hours: 9AM - 6PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
