Responsibilities:

• Assisting with implementation: Responsible for assisting senior engineers in deploying security solutions that meet the Client requirements.
• Installing and configuring security equipment: Responsible for installing and configuring security hardware such as firewalls, Network Access Control, Web Security Appliance, etc.
• Documentation: Responsible to document all relevant information such as IP addresses, configurations, policies, network topologies, hardware model and software versions.
• Assisting in network upgrades: Responsible to assist senior engineers in upgrading the network and security hardware and software as and when required.
• Staying up to date with industry trends and developments: Interns should stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the networking industry and can take up new projects as and when required.

The Individual and their Experience:

• Having enthusiasm and desire in pursuing in network and security fields
• CCNA certified (Optional)
• Knowledge of Cisco LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Network Access Control, IDS/IPS
• Willing to work after normal office hours during migration windows and project implementations
• Good team player who is able to make contributions to ensure the success of project delivery
• Able to communicate confidently and effectively
