- Implement flow-down of Approved Technical Data in compliance with P&W Repair Process Standard Work
- Drive and execute cost reduction projects, including development of new repair methods and products
- Review, improve, and implement Work Instructions (Standard Work)
- Provide timely technical support and resolution to operations cells
- Perform scrap review processes and provide disposition recommendations
- Analyse product serviceability and lead initiatives to improve product yield
- Support quality escape incidents and customer warranty investigations (RRCA, DAISE)
- Partner with operations to mitigate EHS risks and identify improvement opportunities
- Implement and maintain Process Control and Certification (ProCert) for products
- Drive cost reduction, process efficiency, and material usage optimization initiatives
- Support technology insertion and automation projects to improve process repeatability and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with RTX EH&S Policy, Code of Conduct, and Global Trade Compliance
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Material Science preferred) or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of engineering experience in the aerospace industry
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of technical leadership in engineering or MRO environments
- Experience in aero component repair processes and standard work implementation
- Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies (RRCA, DAISE)
- Exposure to process improvement, cost reduction, and automation initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint for reporting/analysis)
