Seo & Digital Marketing Specialist

LXV, a premier luxury Travel Agency service based in Makati, is seeking a highly motivated and versatile SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly enhance our online presence and drive business growth across our luxury offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEO principles, proficiency in WordPress and Elementor, excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling property descriptions, and experience in managing social media marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic SEO Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings for the LXV website (including the main shop and LXVcars.com).
• Keyword Research & Content Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant and high-value search terms. Strategically incorporate keywords and phrases into website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements.
• Website Development & Optimization (WordPress & Elementor): Create new, SEO-friendly web pages and optimize existing ones using WordPress and the Elementor page builder. Ensure optimal website structure, internal linking, and user experience.
• Property Description Writing: Craft compelling, engaging, and SEO-optimized descriptions for luxury products (across various categories) and vehicles available on our online platforms.
• Technical SEO: Identify and implement technical SEO best practices, including website speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, schema markup, and sitemap management.
• Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms to build brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic to the website. This includes content creation, scheduling, community management, and basic performance analysis.
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific analytics. Identify trends, report on performance, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Stay Updated: Continuously stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, social media best practices, and digital marketing innovations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated online marketing approach.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an SEO Specialist or similar digital marketing role with a strong SEO focus.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, on-page and off-page optimization techniques, and algorithm updates.
• Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor is essential.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to create engaging and SEO-friendly content, including product/property descriptions.
• Experience in developing and executing social media marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Basic understanding of website structure and HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for the luxury market and understanding of its nuances is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, office-based position located in Makati, Metro Manila.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Schedule: 8-hour shift, [Monday to Friday].
• Supplemental Pay:
• 13th month salary
• Performance-based bonus pay
• Overtime pay
