Service Desk Analyst
  • Relevant experience in L1 Service Desk Analyst with a strong customer interaction experience
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Exposure to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
  • Willing to work in a 24x7 environment and provide weekend coverage, if needed.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent ability to learn and articulate technical concepts.
  • Strong active listening skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Orientation
  • Strong attention to detail when communicating with customers.
  • Ability to empathise with customers and convey confidence.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering (or related technical discipline)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
