Staffing Coordinator

The Staffing Coordinator manages employee scheduling and availability, coordinates with the Department of Education (DOE) for coverage needs, and confirms nurse assignments. Responsibilities include notifying the DOE of call-outs and coverage changes, creating daily coverage reports, and handling additional duties and special projects as assigned. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Job Description:
1. Obtain employees' work availability.
2. Gather coverage needs from the Department of Education (DOE).
3. Confirm nurses for assignments.
4. Inform the DOE of call-outs and scheduled coverages.
5. Create daily coverage reports.
6. Handle all other duties and special projects as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in a scheduling role or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
3.Someone who can start immediately

Skills:
Computer literate (including Microsoft Suite, Google Sheets).
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Ability to deal with high volumes of calls, emails, messages.
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

Hybrid set up : 3 days onsite/office and 2 days WFH
