We’re looking for a responsible and energetic Store Supervisor to help lead our Tomoro Coffee team. This role ensures smooth store operations, excellent customer service, and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and staff on shift
• Ensure high-quality drinks and great customer experience
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
• Handle customer concerns and maintain store cleanliness
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and cashiering tasks

Qualifications

• With experience in coffee shops, F&B, or retail (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer‑oriented and can work in a fast‑paced environment
• Willing to work weekends/holidays
