JOB SUMMARY: In keeping with the principles of inclusion and the mission, the Community Support Worker will implement community volunteer opportunities for persons with disabilities in keeping with their aspirations. The position will be working on site at Storybook Gardens supporting Hutton House participants while they volunteer in the community.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Participant Supports and Services

1.1 To coordinate and implement volunteer activities both on site and within the community.

1.2 To provide supports to individuals to participate in volunteer activities.

1.3 To monitor volunteer participants by maintaining records of participant activities.

There is 1 position.

Contract length: 9 weeks

Pay: $17.45 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
