About the Role:

The Supply Planner to oversee and optimize the planning of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods across our restaurant branches and commissaries. This role is critical in maintaining the right balance between inventory availability and operational efficiency, ensuring that every restaurant is set up for success—every day, every shift.

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor the weekly and monthly supply plans based on sales forecasts and production schedules.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and packaging items across all warehouses and stores.
• Coordinate closely with purchasing, logistics, commissary, and operations teams to avoid stockouts or excess.
• Review and analyze historical data, sales trends, and consumption rates to adjust planning parameters.
• Lead and mentor a team of planners.
• Regularly update stakeholders on supply issues, potential risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with food safety standards and internal SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in supply planning, inventory control, or demand planning (preferably in the restaurant or food industry).
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
