System Administrator

Project / Role:

For our client in the energy sector in Bern, we are looking for a System Administrator (Ref. No.: 924670OK).

Main tasks:

• Handling and resolving tickets in the areas of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Windows Server)
• Operating, controlling and monitoring data processing systems and ICT services
• Creation and management of user accounts (onboarding/offboarding)
• Maintenance and administration of groups, permissions and roles
• Support with operational IT issues
• Documentation of processes and solutions

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in system administration
• Experience at the 2nd level is also welcome.
• Several years of experience in the administration of Windows servers.
• In-depth knowledge of M365.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of how to handle VMware environments.
• Experience in automating tasks in the area of ​​Windows systems.
